ENTRE SOMBRAS / IN THE SHADOWS
Entre Sombras is a visual invitation to engage with those who persist in a society that is not easy to move around in. Shot in black and white, the photographs are part of an ongoing study of individuals that I have met over the years around public transportation spots in suburbia. While many prefer to turn away from them, my eye seeks them out, solitary beings in public spaces. The series is an invitation to recognize their humanity and connect with one’s community.
